ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
“In the Stillness” the film is NA!RA’s first venture into scripted works and long format storytelling. At its core, the stylish project seeks to inspire self-discovery, cultural humility, global exploration and courageousness. Major themes woven into the story are mental health, wellness, grief, and domestic violence. The films serves as the visual complement to the forthcoming studio album release by NA!RA which feature singles Waves, Absolution and Jeje.
FILM SYNOPSIS
Two creative entrepreneurs struggle to maintain their passion and identities while growing their careers. The blossoming romance turns volatile when the pair is thrust into the spotlight suddenly and the pressure triggers unresolved wounds from the past.
